Three time Grammy and 15 time Latin Grammy award winner, Juan Luis Guerra, premiered his new single, Muchachita Linda this week. The song is bachata, composed by Guerra, inspired by and dedicated to his youngest daughter, Pualina.

“Every time I started to write, more beautiful things would surface about my little girl” expressed the Dominican Singer songwriter.

True to form, the music and lyrics of Muchachita Linda are deeply moving, guaranteeing it s a sport in Guerra’s long history of hits. It’s no wonder Guerra’s last album, Todo Tiene Su Hora, has been listed among Billboard’s 10 Best Latin Albums of 2014. 

Since the release of Todo Tiene Su Hora last November, Juan Luis Guerra has performed all over the world, from the Festival de Vallenato in Valledupar, Colombia to the International Peñas de Villa María Festival 2015 in Argentina. He will be appearing later today in the Dominican Republic at the Anfiteatro Altos in Chavon.

Next month, his international Todo Tiene Su Hora tour will begin in full.

July 23 – Las Palmas (Infecar),

July 26 – Santa Cruz de Las Palmas (Recinto Portuario)
July 28 – Málaga (Auditorio Municipal)
July 30 – Murcia (Plaza de Toros)
July 31 – Cambrils (Festival Internacional de Cambrils).
