Music | Farruko at Premio Lo Nuestro 2016

Farruko has been nominated already for 2016's Premio Lo Nuestro Awards...

Farruko

2016 is just around the corner, and as such it’s time to begin gearing up for a new year of awards!

A few artists have already received nominations for key award events in 2016, and Farruko, one of 2015’s most celebrated artists, is among those who have already received not one, but TWO, nominations for 2016’s Premio Lo Nuestro Awards. His nominations are for Urban Artist of the Year and Urban Album of the Year, both attesting to his strength as an artist.

These nominations come on the heels of one of his biggest year’s yet, as he is just finishing up a completely sold-out worldwide tour, several Billboard Top 5 Takeovers with mega hits and collaborations, and the release of the most anticipated Latin urban album of the year, Visionary, which debuted as #1 in pre-sale and dominated charts throughout North and South America.

It looks like 2016 is going to be just as eventful, and we know we’re looking forward to what he releases next!

A true Texan at heart, she also believes in the power of cowboy boots, that the stars at night should always be big and bright, and that everything (especially the food) is bigger in Texas. When she's not writing or editing she enjoys curling up to read a good book (or three), going on grand adventures (the more walking involved, the better) with her adoring and adorable husband, bright colors (in clothes, cooking, and everything else), and going barefoot.
