Leslie Grace hits #1 on Billboard's

The Princess of Bachata, Leslie Grace, has been celebrating the massive success of her recent single, Como Duele El Silenciowhich reached the coveted #1 spot on Billboard’s “Tropical Airplay” chart.

Written by Leslie, Edgar Barrera, Efrain Davila, and Giuanko Gómez, Como Duele El Silencio showcases a new and more soulful sound from Leslie, as she expresses her feelings about an ill-fated love. Simultaneously, the music video is rich and enthralling, setting the tone for this highly successful production.

Currently, Leslie is preparing to release the banda/bachata version of Como Duele El Silencio, featuring regional Mexican rising star, Luis Coronel, together with a lyric video in the upcoming weeks. To support this new endeavor, Leslie is also knee-deep in the second half of her promotional tour for Lloviendo Estrellas.

This Billboard #1 hit follows a greatly successful month for the young superstar. Just a couple of months ago, Leslie revealed that she will be the new face of McDonald’s Latino, and delivered an unforgettable performance of her single with Coronel during Premios Juventud 2015.

Preparing to conquer many new musical territories, beyond the charts and hearts of fans all over the world, Leslie Grace – a true established icon of Latin music – embraces a journey of limitless potential, filled with exciting opportunities and many more hit singles to come.

As Latin é's Editor-in-Chief, Caitlin believes in quality over quantity, doing things right the first time, and humming to herself during difficult tasks. A true Texan at heart, she also believes in the power of cowboy boots, that the stars at night should always be big and bright, and that everything (especially the food) is bigger in Texas. When she's not writing or editing she enjoys curling up to read a good book (or three), going on grand adventures (the more walking involved, the better) with her adoring and adorable husband, bright colors (in clothes, cooking, and everything else), and going barefoot. She likes her food spicy, her music soulful, and her news breaking. You can read more of her work on her website, www.themathom-house.com!
